dell on twiter - innovating web mktg

while most are still evaluating, dell is allready rocking and reaches 1st million 

well, 1 million is not much (for dell revenue) but it still shows: 
a) the power of twitter to generate leads and/or sales/pre-sales campaigns (via micro-segmentation)
b) the innovation of such companies to dig-out all possible channels to improve their sales and bottom-line
